Melbourne International Comedy Festival

Welcome to the 2015 Melbourne International Comedy Festival. It has kicked off with a bang this year once again seeing some big names hit the stage including Arj Barker, Joel Creasey, Cal Wilson, Claire Hooper to name a few!

This is our 3rd year running one of our coffee carts on the front steps of the Melbourne Town Hall and it is great to see all of our regular customers coming back night after night for a coffee and catch up 🙂

This is Billie, our first customer at the coffee cart for the 2015 season!

The Melbourne International Comedy Festival kicked off on 25th March and runs each night through to Sunday 19th April 2015. Their are venues all of Melbourne that host the comedian line up with all the big acts gravitating to the Melbourne Town Hall.

Cal Wilson is on at the Swiss Club in Flinders Lane Melbourne, make sure you pop in for a few laughs at her show. Claire Hooper is performing her show at the Melbourne Town Hall Regent Room most nights so don’t miss out as both shows are an absolute hoot full of laughs!

We are a mobile coffee service that uses carts not coffee vans to provide expertly made espresso coffee menu onsite for your next function.

We bring the coffee cart, all equipment, barista staff and all supplies with us to your function so once you have confirmed your booking with us, we take care of everything else! The only two things we require from you are access to the building via ramps and or lifts as the carts cannot be lifted up steps and at least one dedicated double power point onsite for our mobile coffee service equipment. Guests arrived at the new Symbion Headquarters in Keysborough for the launch of their new facility. The event styling seen the use of white decor so we also organised plain white coffee cups to match in with the theme for the day. Delegates enjoyed a nice fresh coffee from us before moving on in small groups for mini tours of the new premises.

The building was then official opened after a brief presentation by local members of parliament.

We worked alongside Jess and Tom from Lisa Perkins Catering and had a lovely time meeting and greeting so many dedicated representatives.

Amway have an array of products, including beauty products and cleaning products for the home.

A Las Vegas Wedding Celebration! Coffee Cart at Melbourne Wedding.

Jason and Karine Hart from Hart’s Coffee Cart had the pleasure of attending a post wedding celebration for Natalie and Josh at their family home in Brighton Melbourne.

After discussing their plans to elope, they decided to get married in Las Vegas. Upon their return, they enjoyed a fun celebration with close family and friends.

Marquees decked out with beautiful coloured paper lanterns and fresh floral arrangements made the atmosphere truly cheerful.

Guests were able to relax on the comfortable couches whilst enjoying catering which included hot drinks provided by us.

Coffee For Volkswagen Golf Release 2014

It was a gloomy morning and a small hike up to a little country town near Buxton to provide Coffee For Volkswagen at the release of the new Volkswagen Golf 2014 range. The guests all arrived by Helicopter which was certainly a treat seeing them all fly in together. They landed and entered the building to start the seminar with a nice freshly made espresso coffee from us 🙂 Like most functions, there was an initial rush to get the morning started. When the guests realised their was “real” coffee available it created a great environment to kick start the day. We had already warmed up the machine and made a few coffees for the catering staff onsite so the aroma of freshly made coffee soon filtered throughout the building 🙂

After all the delegates had ordered their first coffee of the day, they all settled in for the first presentation made by the executive team that had flown down from Sydney for the morning event. While presentations of the new 2014 Golf were in progress, a very nice morning tea was being made up in the kitchen by North East Feast. The team at North East Feast looked after all the delegates and us with a great selection of home made pastries for morning tea. Of course, we had already filled them up prior with plenty of caffeine to make sure they could work quickly in the kitchen! 🙂

We were contacted by the event staff in Sydney to provide our mobile coffee cart hire service for the W.R Berkley stand at the Melbourne Covention And Exhibition Centre for their 3 day insurance event. Guests from all over Australia attended the three day event and were treated real barista made coffee each day as they wandered around and chatted to the different companies regarding their insurance requirements.

We were very popular with guests arriving for their morning coffee. It was a pleasure to be using W.R Berkely branded coffee cups as part of the overall experience at the stall. This worked well when guests were walking around the Melbourne Convention And Exhibition Centre with the branded cups mentioning that the best coffee was available at the W.R Berkley stand! It was an intense 3 days of making hundreds of coffees for the attendees however because we had a great time with the W.R Berkley staff at the stand it made for an awesome environment to work in. Coffee Cart Hire for CIE at the Langham Hotel Melbourne

Was a pleasure to provide our Mobile Coffee Cart Hire service to the Centre for Investor Education Seminar held at the luxurious Langahm Hotel Melbourne. Delegates were treated to cafe style beverages for the duration of the 3 day event and were also treated to some amazing food throughout the seminar provided by the in house chefs and staff at the Langham.

We kicked off coffee service each morning at 8am as the guests arrived so that they were all fueled up on caffeine to start the morning refreshed and ready to absorb the mountains of information that was about to be presented to them in the training room. Some guests were local to Melbourne however there were also a lot that had traveled from interstate and overseas for the training hosted by Centre For Investor Education.

The staff at the Langham Hotel are extremely helpful and more than willing to help out with anything required including loading of coffee cart into the Hotel right down to parking with car and trailer.
